Shipping Policy

At More4ID, we celebrate exceptional craftsmanship and independent design. Every piece in our collection is either available from our Ready to Ship selection or individually handcrafted by one of our carefully selected independent designers.

Ready to Ship

Ready to Ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Made to Order

Our Made to Order pieces are created especially for you once your order is placed. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, after which your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

As every Made to Order piece is individually handcrafted and created specifically for each client, these purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has begun.

Should your order arrive with a manufacturing fault or be damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at love@more4id.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and selected shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation together with your tracking information.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
