Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

1. Shipping

1.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated.  

1.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier services, and external factors beyond our control.  

1.3 For made-to-order or trunk show items, production may take up to 4–6 weeks prior to dispatch.  

1.4 Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.  

1.5 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.  

1.6 Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.  

2. Right to Return (Standard Items)

2.1 You may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer regulations.  

2.2 Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of return confirmation.  

2.3 To be eligible for a return, items must be:  
- unworn  
- unused  
- in original condition  
- returned with original packaging and all tags attached  

2.4 More4ID reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.  

3. Return Process & Costs

3.1 All returns must be requested and approved by More4ID prior to shipment.  

3.2 Where a return is approved, More4ID may arrange return shipping on behalf of the customer.  

3.3 The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.  

3.4 The original shipping cost is non-refundable.  

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.  

4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

4.3 More4ID reserves the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned in an incomplete condition.  

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty:

5.1 Earrings, due to hygiene reasons  

5.2 Made-to-order items  

5.3 Trunk show pieces  

6. Trunk Show Orders (Final Sale)

6.1 Trunk show items are offered on a made-to-order basis and are produced specifically upon customer purchase.  

6.2 By placing an order for a trunk show item, you acknowledge and agree that:  
- the item is specially commissioned  
- production begins shortly after order confirmation  

6.3 Accordingly, all trunk show purchases are final sale and:  
- cannot be cancelled  
- cannot be returned  
- are non-refundable  

6.4 This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods.  

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

7.1 If an item is received faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.  

7.2 Where a fault is confirmed, More4ID will:  
- arrange return shipping at no cost to the customer  
- offer a full refund or replacement, as appropriate  

7.3 This clause does not limit your rights under UK consumer law.  

8. Liability

8.1 More4ID is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control.  

8.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
